My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and overall nice, but they needed some dusting. They were large, comfortable, and well-designed. The location was not what I expected, with roads full of potholes, but it was close to family and friends. The dining experience was disappointing with a limited selection. The hotel facilities were adequate for my needs.

The hotel rooms were spacious but gave me a nostalgic feel of a casino hotel I stayed at in Laughlin, NV in the '90s. Despite a hiccup regarding room cleaning requests, the rooms were comfortable with clean bedding. The service was very personable, although there was a misleading incident about room cleaning. The location was satisfactory for my needs, and I appreciated the assistance of Taleah at the front desk. Dining options varied from excellent to needing improvement. Overall, the hotel offers a mix of positives and negatives.
